Morgan Blank

Morgan Blank is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor based out of New York City. She specializes in athletic conditioning, strength training, running, and boxing training. In addition to being a Nike Trainer, she holds certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Though she was an athlete from a young age, Morgan formally broke into the fitness industry in 2021 while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree at Pace University. After spending most of her free time in the boxing gym working on her own skills, Colin Morgan, owner of Bout Fight Club and world champion boxing coach, saw her potential and gave her the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry. She was fortunate enough to have been mentored by renowned trainers with decades of experience.

Beyond her passion for sports, Morgan brings her personal testimony in experiencing firsthand the transformative power of fitness and movement. She accredits fitness to building up her willpower, perseverance, self-confidence, and her drive to do better each day. Though these changes may have started in a physical context, they have shaped who she’s become as a person and have served as the inspiration for MORG LIFE FITNESS.
